Hi there. I’m Kelsey, and I’m a Métis author of science fiction, fantasy and historical fiction from Treaty 1 territory and the homeland of the Métis Nation (Winnipeg, Canada). I particularly love writing historical fantasy, space opera and first contact stories, and Métis and Cree-shaped SFF for fellow Indiginerds everywhere.

I’ve also been working professionally as a writer, researcher and editor for over a decade with the Manitoba Legislature, the non-profit sector and the National Inquiry into Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.
